Physical cards

Refunds or replacements for physical NFC/QR cards are arranged between the supplier and the reseller (or between the reseller and the business, for a finished card), based on the commercial terms agreed between those parties. NFCHub is not a party to that transaction.

Platform access

NFCHub does not charge a mandatory reseller subscription in V1. Supplier commercial terms (such as a setup or per-batch fee) are arranged directly with NFCHub and any related refund terms are set out in that agreement.
