What we collect

NFCHub collects account information for suppliers and resellers (name, email, phone) and card-related data (card codes, activation details, the business name and Google Review link a reseller enters, and basic scan metadata such as timestamp, device type, and user agent for cards that are scanned or tapped).

What we don't collect

NFCHub does not collect personal data from customers who tap or scan a card — they are redirected directly to the business's Google Review page and NFCHub does not track them individually beyond an anonymous scan event tied to the card.

How we use it

Account and card data is used to operate the platform: authenticating suppliers and resellers, resolving dynamic QR/NFC redirects, and showing suppliers and resellers their own inventory and activity.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with third parties where necessary to operate the service (for example, hosting and database providers).
