How to run your card inventory on NFCHub.
Account
Your NFCHub account is created by an NFCHub admin. Once you log in, everything you create — batches, cards, resellers — belongs only to your account. No other supplier can see or modify it.
Batch
A batch is a print run: a name, a quantity, and a product type. Creating a batch instantly generates that many cards with unique codes and dynamic QR URLs, ready for print.
Cards
Every card starts as Available. Once you assign it to a reseller it becomes Assigned. Once the reseller activates it for a business it becomes Active. Your Cards page lets you filter and search across your full inventory.
QR generation
Each card's QR is generated server-side with high error correction and a print-safe quiet zone, so it stays scannable at typical card sizes.
Manufacturing
Download individual QR images, a ZIP of an entire batch, or a print-ready PDF sheet, and hand them to your card manufacturer or printer.
Assignments
From your Resellers page, pick a card code range and a reseller, and assign the range in one action. Only cards that are still Available can be assigned.
Resellers
Add resellers directly from your dashboard with a name, contact details, and a temporary password you share with them. Each reseller only ever sees the cards assigned to them.
Inventory
Your dashboard shows total, available, assigned, and active counts at a glance, plus a feed of recent activity across all your cards.
Downloads
CSV exports include each card's code, QR URL, and NFC URL — useful for handing to a printer or keeping your own records.
