Reseller Guide
Everything a new reseller needs to get started.
What is NFCHub?
NFCHub is the infrastructure behind your cards. It gives every physical card a permanent dynamic URL, and lets you point that URL at any business's Google Review page — and repoint it later if needed.
What is NFC?
Near Field Communication. Tapping the card against a compatible phone opens its destination link automatically, no camera needed.
What is QR?
A scannable code. Any phone camera can read it and open the link it encodes.
What is dynamic QR?
Instead of encoding a business's Google link directly, the card's QR encodes an NFCHub URL. NFCHub controls where that URL currently points, so the destination can change without touching the printed card.
Who should I sell to?
Any local business that wants more Google reviews: salons, cafés, restaurants, gyms, clinics, retail shops, and similar. Start with businesses you already know.
How do I approach businesses?
Lead with the problem, not the technology: "Would it help if customers could leave you a Google review with one tap?" Most owners understand the value immediately.
How do I demonstrate?
Carry an activated sample card. Let the owner tap or scan it themselves and watch it open a review page in real time.
How do I price?
NFCHub doesn't set your price — decide based on your card cost, any packaging, and the setup support you offer. See the calculator on our homepage for a rough example.
How do I activate?
Log in to your dashboard, tap "Activate Card," and enter the card code, the business's name, and their Google Review link. It takes under a minute.
How do I program NFC?
After activating, copy the card's NFC link from its details page. Open any NFC writing app on your phone (many free options exist), and write that link to the card's chip. Then test it by tapping the card yourself.
How do I test?
Use the Test Card screen in your dashboard before handing a card over — it shows the QR, the NFC link, the current destination, and lets you open the redirect yourself to confirm it works.
How do I deliver?
Hand the tested, activated card to the business along with any stand or packaging you provide. Many resellers also show the owner where to place it — near a till or reception desk works well.
How do I ask for referrals?
Once a business sees the card working, ask if they know other local business owners who might want one too.
Common objections
"We already have a review QR" — ask if it can change destination without reprinting. "Is this a subscription?" — the card is typically a one-time purchase from you. "Will this fake reviews?" — no, it only makes the real review page easier to reach.
Google Review best practices
Encourage businesses to ask every customer consistently, rather than selectively targeting only happy ones, and to never offer rewards in exchange for reviews — this can violate Google's policies.
