Google Review Card Guide
How the card works, and how to use it responsibly.
What the card does
A Google Review NFC card gives a customer a one-tap or one-scan path to a business's Google Review page. It doesn't write a review for them, and it doesn't influence what they write — it simply removes the friction of finding the right page.
Tap or scan
Most modern phones support NFC — tapping the card opens the destination automatically. Every card also carries a printed QR code as a reliable fallback for any phone with a camera.
Asking customers for feedback
We recommend a simple, honest invitation: “If you have a moment, we'd really appreciate your honest feedback. You can tap or scan here.” Offer the card to every customer consistently, rather than only to customers you believe were happy — selective asking (and any reward in exchange for a review) can violate Google's review policies.
What NFCHub does not do
NFCHub does not guarantee any star rating, review volume, or business outcome. NFCHub never writes, submits, or uploads a review or a review photo on a business's behalf — customers always use Google's own review interface directly.
Changing the destination
If a business's Google listing changes, or the card is later reassigned to a different business, the destination can be updated without reprinting or replacing the physical card.
